For single-sided boxes, we have designed LED bars operating at 24VDC and fitted with batwing prismatic lenses with a beam angle of 160° which distribute the light evenly and provide excellent performance for the backlighting of tensioned fabric signs, but also slimline opal plexiglass sheets (3-5 mm).
We have dedicated to two-sided signs as well, with particular lenses that reduce the luminous flux angle to obtain the correct reflection inside the housing. They can illuminate both sides because they are assembled around the inner profile of the sign.
All the LED bars can be fixed with the professional-grade adhesive on the bottom of each bar or with screws, bars are equipped with male and female connectors, which allow them to be connected in a series.

Flexible LED tube lights can be bent and cut depending of the physical requirements of the space being illuminated.
Flexible LED tube lights adapt perfectly to any surface and are the ideal solution as decoration, but they are also excellent when used as ambient and transit area lights and for creating luminous signs.
To find solutions to its customers’ needs, HTLink has developed different types of flexible LED tube in ultra-flexible silicone, ideal in the artistic field, and particularly suitable for creating luminous shaped wire signs.
The shape is designed to be inserted into a channel obtained by milling plastic, wood or metal panels, or securing the LED tube with special steel clips.
LED tubes can be cut every 5 cm and must then be terminated with special silicone caps.

The LED strips are highly efficient linear light sources operating at very low voltage, either 12 or 24VDC. These LED strips are flexible and can be cut into sections, before being secured with double-sided tape or clips. There are a whole host of applications: lighting and backlighting; they are perfect for creating ultra-thin light profiles and luminous decoration.
The flexible LED strip are designed for professional applications of linear lighting. The work process for custom led solutions starts firstly with the specific request by the customer. Once the request has been analysed and the feasibility of the solution has been verified, the initial proposals are made and the engineering part of the solution is created. It is at this point that the first prototype is created which undergoes rigorous testing.
From here on, the second stage of implementation begins: firstly, the creation of an initial sampling, industrialisation and certification request.
Finally, once the go-ahead has been given after obtaining certification, the finished product is manufactured.
